Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and train 10+ warehouse staff using provided equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Implement and maintain safety protocols for equipment operation and workplace safety
- Optimize inventory control systems using provided WMS technology
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and report issues
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid forklift certification (provided if needed)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate provided warehouse equipment safely
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
