Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment with 99.5% accuracy
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment through rigorous safety audits
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts to maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with transportation team for seamless dock scheduling and shipment coordination
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution environments
- OSHA 30 certification and strong knowledge of safety protocols
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and RF scanning technology
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory management and shrink reduction
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
