Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate 15+ team members to achieve productivity targets
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain safe work environments
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing departments
- Analyze KPIs to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and automated systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with 2+ years supervisory role
- Proven expertise in OSHA regulations and safety compliance
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and warehouse automation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory optimization
- Excellent leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Valid forklift certification and CPR/First Aid training preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field required
