Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards and 5S methodologies
- Optimize inventory accuracy and cycle count procedures
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient dock scheduling
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and KPI analysis
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse layout and workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification and/or forklift operator certification
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
