Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 team members across receiving, inventory management, and shipping operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular compliance audits
- Optimize warehouse layouts and material flow using WMS systems
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, productivity, error rates) and implement improvement strategies
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation (forklifts, RF scanners)
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with 2+ years supervisory role
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven team development track record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Remote work experience preferred with strong virtual communication skills
