Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Manage and mentor team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Optimize inventory accuracy and implement process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
