- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with 3PL partners and carriers
- Analyze KPIs to improve throughput and reduce operational costs
- Lead cross-functional projects for warehouse automation upgrades
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment scheduling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Expertise in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator credentials
- Proven track record of reducing inventory shrinkage by 15%+
- Strong data analysis skills with Excel/Power BI proficiency
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
