Responsibilities
- Oversee daily receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment activities to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Optimize warehouse workflows and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment is in working order.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification and willingness to obtain a Supervisor certification.
- Proven track record of leadership and team development.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain preferred.
