Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and mentor 15+ warehouse staff through performance coaching
- Implement lean practices to reduce waste and improve throughput
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate inventory management and cycle count procedures
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Proven ability to meet productivity targets
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
