Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and supervise 10+ team members while maintaining performance metrics
- Implement lean practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory management and reporting
- Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
