- Manage 15+ team members through scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Implement lean principles to maximize efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless freight movement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with OSHA safety standards
