Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Manage and mentor 10-15 team members, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven leadership skills with ability to train and motivate teams
- Forklift certification and familiarity with warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred
