Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and training.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics managers to optimize shipping and receiving schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory reports.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) and safety training certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
