Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage 15+ team members through scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Implement lean practices to improve productivity and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution centers
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making ability
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution capabilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
