Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance management and training
- Implement lean practices to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet delivery deadlines and customer satisfaction goals
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and warehouse technologies
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Proven ability to optimize warehouse layouts and material flow
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and experience with automated systems preferred
