Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and lead a team of 15+ warehouse associates in safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation and procurement teams
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting accuracy
- Conduct performance reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety compliance background
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Proven track record of optimizing warehouse efficiency and reducing costs
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and conflict resolution
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Associates degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
