Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems, ensuring 99.9% accuracy in stock tracking
- Implement OSHA safety protocols to maintain zero-accident records
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Manage warehouse operations through WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Forklift Operator credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Experience managing 10+ direct reports
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
