Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident-free environment
- Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct regular audits for inventory accuracy and process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Prepare performance reports and operational metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and inventory management
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and operate warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
