Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training programs
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly productivity targets
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Prepare operational reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment expertise
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field required
- Proven ability to meet/exceed productivity metrics in fast-paced environments
