Responsibilities
- Supervise 10+ warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Train and develop team members on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Manage shipping/receiving processes and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
