Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and develop team of warehouse associates through training and performance management
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems using WMS software
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet customer delivery deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Forklift certification and basic mechanical knowledge
- Experience with remote team management tools (Slack, Asana)
