Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates through coaching and performance management
- Implement lean practices to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce workplace safety protocols
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proven expertise in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory control
- Excellent leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field required
- Experience managing teams of 10+ associates
