Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ warehouse staff in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity by 20%
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-incident safety culture
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics execution
- Analyze KPIs and develop actionable improvement plans

Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Expertise in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
