Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure efficient receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment operations
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to achieve zero-accident record
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory control systems
- Conduct regular audits and report operational metrics
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing teams
- Manage equipment maintenance and forklift operator certifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in logistics/supply chain
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Valid Arizona driver's license
