We are looking for a results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our operations in Atlanta, GA. What You'll Do:
- Oversee the full cycle of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and morale.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with inventory control and logistics departments to ensure accurate stock levels and timely deliveries.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory capacity.
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) and valid driver's license required.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Manhattan.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics preferred.
