Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring workflows are efficient and accurate.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a diverse team of warehouse associates to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Monitor equipment maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
- Prepare weekly reports on inventory, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Forklift certification and previous experience operating heavy machinery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
