Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ warehouse staff through daily operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce costs and improve accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Train and develop team members through performance evaluations and coaching
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless workflow execution
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment scheduling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in logistics or distribution
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Expertise in inventory control systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing 10+ employees
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
