Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure an efficient, streamlined workflow.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates, providing training, performance feedback, and leadership.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement accurate stock control procedures to minimize shrinkage.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a secure working environment.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Schedule staff shifts to optimize productivity and meet critical delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless inbound and outbound operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Proven track record of leading teams, driving performance, and achieving KPIs.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and forklift operation.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, inventory best practices, and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
