Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive team culture
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing departments
- Generate operational reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
