Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident-free operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless inventory transfers and shipping
- Generate performance reports and implement corrective actions for operational improvements
- Manage inventory systems and conduct regular cycle counts for accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership background
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
