Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control processes to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols for forklift operations and material handling
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and manage dock schedules
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct daily warehouse audits and report on KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in cold-chain or logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Valid Alaska driver's license
