Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling stock levels.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for distribution, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and process orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or ability to obtain certification.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
