Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders with 100% accuracy.
- Operate handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory in real-time.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging before shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver facility.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and adapt to rotating shifts.
