As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods. We value safety, accuracy, and teamwork. This role offers the flexibility of weekend shifts while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and freight onto delivery vehicles.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in designated zones.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus; however, we provide on-the-job training for dedicated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and flexible for overtime during peak seasons.
- Driving: Valid Driver's License required.
