Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain precise stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move heavy materials and pallets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections on powered industrial trucks and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to streamline daily operations and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documentation.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is a plus.
