Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, count, and verify incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure stock levels match records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Equipment Handling: Perform routine safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and be available for full-time shifts.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly.
