Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Reach Trucks, Counterbalance Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load, unload, and stage freight accurately to ensure timely distribution.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S methodology).
- Verify inventory counts and prepare accurate shipping documents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA Certified Forklift Operator License (required).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of previous forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
