Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently using proper safety protocols and handling techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
