Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity conditions
- Inspect and organize inventory using WMS systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP standards
- Perform sanitation and cleaning protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Document inventory movements and quality checks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Willingness to work in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
