Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, order pickers) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or material handling is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking purposes.
