Responsibilities
- Operate electric and internal combustion forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect machinery daily to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed while on the warehouse floor.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and proper labeling of stock.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain a valid forklift certification (We provide paid training for the right candidate).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
