Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and stack materials safely and accurately.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure mechanical integrity.
- Organize and maintain warehouse aisles to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and pick lists.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with inventory control teams to maintain accurate stock levels.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating powered industrial trucks (reach trucks, sit-down forklifts).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
