Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks.
- Stack and organize pallets efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and weight limits.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory records through proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not always required for entry-level roles.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification through our training program.
- Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety signs and operational instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
