Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on 100% accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders quickly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of daily targets.
- Perform regular inventory checks and stock organization as required.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels, barcodes, and product descriptions accurately.
- Strong work ethic and the willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
