Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated freezer and cooler areas.
- Perform daily quality checks to ensure product integrity and freshness.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems accurately.
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties as required by daily volume.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (temperatures can drop to -10°F).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
