Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders with precision and speed, adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards.
- Utilize handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems to verify item accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and apply appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing workflows and improve efficiency.
- Load outbound trucks efficiently, ensuring weight distribution and secure fastening.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Scottsdale location.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
