Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld scanners.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Rotate through various departments within the fulfillment center (e.g., picking, packing, staging) as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads and coworkers to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Sort, label, and prepare boxes for shipping according to delivery routes.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English language proficiency for reading labels, safety documents, and communicating with the team.
- Willingness to work in various temperature-controlled environments (hot, cold, or ambient).
