Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Verify accuracy of inventory against shipping/receiving documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including stacking pallets safely.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills for documenting inventory and logs.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and accident prevention.
