Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and reporting any maintenance issues immediately.
- Utilize RF scanners to accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all 5S standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Valid and current OSHA forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License (Class D).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
