Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack inventory within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of the forklift and warehouse equipment.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper tagging of pallets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (CPC, CDLA, or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting inventory accurately.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
